Yay to long weekends, right? Tomorrow I’m attending a good friend’s baby shower. I’ve been hunting all week for a card that says HOLY SHIT YOU’RE HAVING A BABY THAT’S SO TERRIFYING/AWESOME but, alas, one does not exist. Fingers crossed for good weather on Sunday and Monday so I can justify heading to the park with a book and some purse beers!

Happy Friday friends!

I am so looking forward to this weekend. The weather is supposed to be lovely, with temperatures in the low 20s and I’m going to see one of my favourite bands – The Lumineers – tonight. Tomorrow is May the 4th (be with you) and Sunday is cinco de mayo. I’m going to eat so many tacos on Sunday it’s going to be out of control.

Last weekend, MM and I greatly enjoyed our front row perch at Fashion Art Toronto (F.A.T). Arts & Fashion Week on Friday and Saturday night. Billed as Toronto’s ‘alternative fashion week’, the 5-day event showcases fashion design, photography, installation and film. Here are some photos I took of the runway shows. A particular standout for me was the clothing by Pact, who have a great story too.
